What is the process of getting my vehicle repaired?

Step 1 is to schedule an estimate. After your estimate is completed, we will present an offer to make necessary repairs. Once that offer is accepted, we will begin working on all the repairs. Once the repairs are done, we will schedule your delivery to make sure everything is up to your standards.

How Much Does An Estimate Cost?

Estimates at the Body Shop are at no charge to you! Simply schedule the time that works best for you, and we will be ready.

How long do repairs take?

Repairs depend on several factors like availability of parts, work to be completed, etc. During your estimate, we will be able to provide a more accurate time frame based on the work required.

What is the Labor Rate?

Labor rate varies by type of work required, year, make, model, etc. Your estimator will provide a detailed quote in person.

Do you work with Insurance companies?

Yes we do! Make sure to provide your insurance contact at the time of your estimate.

Do you provide Rentals?

Sort of. We don’t have rentals at The Body Shop, but our neighbor, Checkered Flag Toyota has a rental department. We work closely with them to get you the most competitive rate for your rental vehicle.

I need a tow, what do I do and who covers the cost?

Should you need a tow, we will cover the cost using one of our partnered tow companies.
